you need to do these with dumbells one arm at a time. you will develop both left and right evenly. with a barbell your strong side starts to take more of the workload. also, you can focus better by doing them one at a time. kickbacks should be done slowly. use a lighter weight for 12-15 reps and feel the burn.

Great form, do you ever feel a burn in ur delts too lol? It's weird but i feel my side delts working to keep teh weight up?!

amazing form sethron. people dont realize how much more they can gain if they can just practice proper form. i feel if you cant perform properly, then you shouldnt be lifting
