IN THE NAME OF STG GAMES, none other could you devise a chassis, weapon, tracked/wheeled and whatever else... there was just an abundance of weapons to assault and defend with...............

a single person cant do that

i can plan and organize and make textures and models, the only thing i could do would be a texturemod or some reskins maybe but nothing more

and it would take a while

but since there is a rescurrection project running at wz2100(dot)net by now, there is no need anymore
