Hugh: Assaulted by upset Young Woman and dismissed by WestPark Police 09 19 09

Young woman becomes upset when she notices that ProLife Activists Hugh is Video Recording her and her Mother entering the Planned Parenthood building in Rocky River Ohio a Westside Suburb of Cleveland.

The WestPark Police arrive and show their bias by blowing off the complaint made over the girl running across the street and trying to slap the camera out of Hughs hand.

If it were illegal to video people in public, the cop would have arrested them. The girls claim was false. It is not a privacy issue to film peole in public. You do not need their permission.

But the girl did violate the law when she assaulted them.
