  • Hi there - just wanted to say I'm a first year medical student studying in the UK and after watching this video have finally understood ECG deflection and the appearance of different waves in different leads, from knowing nothing at all. This gentleman is a really great lecturer and teacher and has given me a fantastic understanding - thank you very very much!

  • THANK YOU DOC .

    WELL EXPLAINED

  • I'm still confused on a few things but thank you! I'll keep reading ;)

  • I love this video. It is so easy to understand.

  • Thank You, this tutorial is brilliant. I find only one thing confusing-septal depolarisation=negative deflection or Q wave then (general) ventricular depol=positive deflection or R wave in lateral leads... that' ok, but then you said that vector of voltages in case of posterobasal depol is left-pointed which results in another positive deflection after already + R wave which means two + waves following one another-that looks like bundle branch blockage...

  • I just added it into my favorites.
