@yanjinfanhuachu I'm sorry. If you wanted to get a quicker answer, so you can no longer be confused, then you should have put your comment in English so most people can understand. The video is a joke in comparing a guy slapping another guy's butt randomly as a "gay" thing because obviously a real straight guy would never do that. But in sports, it's a "straight", popular, and kind of now cultural for a guy to slap another guy's butt. It's kind of like a physical "break a leg" type thing.

I think it means that if you're a sportsperson and you touch someone's butts, that's not gay, and otherwise if you are just dressed in some random clothes (not a sportsperson) and you see a guy and take a fancy to him (LOL) and come to touch his butts, then you are gay.
I think it reflects presumptuous state of society, but why touch anyone's butts in the first place? :-)
