My Suzuki GSX650F with it's modifications - Grey bits should be images... but for some reason my editor is playing up big time.

  • FUPCAKE thanks for the compliment. I now have about 25,000km on this bike and it has worked flawlessly, and still looks good.

  • is taking off the fairing stickers any problem? it looks great without them. i was just wondering if any adhesive removal was needed.

  • @sahzookey Easy as. Just let them warm up in the sun or using a hair dryer. Use a credit card or the like to lift the edge and peel. I polished the side after that.

One of the stickers was more difficult and I did use "oomph glue remover".. DON'T get it on your screen however as it will damage the Perspex. Also if you use a remover clean and polish the bike straight after.

  • Very nice bike !! Might I ask what colour is the windscreen? is it a dark smoke or grey? thanks !

  • @htse009 I am pretty sure I just got the grey. It is full black at the bottom of the screen.

  • Would you be able to tell me your hieght and the seat / footpeg comfort on this bike please ? If thats not to personal.

  • phil, thanks for all the comments. I am 177cm (5'11'') and find this bike great for the seating position. However the seat is hard and even after 12,000km is still hard. It does not shape well at all.

I am thinking of putting back the standard screen as this one does put all the wind directly at the bottom of my helmet.

  • Love your bike, just bought one off of ebay for $650.00 but it is missing all fairings and the speedometer. Hopping to make mine look as beautiful as yours!

  • super well done mate, nice bike, i wish the black would come to usa.i have the sv1000s nice bike ,but, one like yours is a better mount for long haul highway mount i would think, not as much vibration, better gas mileage too, good day, tref

  • Thanks for the info I watch Clyde 1 / 2 good stuff really enjoyed them.
