(It's really two full work outs) I teach this daily. I have students who attend every day and I can see results in a matter of 3 - 5 weeks. For those who attend 2-3X a week, results can range anywhere from 4-7 weeks. I'm talking about noticeable changes in dress size and weight.

It also depends on your intensity. You can make your work out more intense by larger movements, such as squatting lower, jumping higher, etc.
