A quick demonstration of a Ping))) ultrasonic sensor connected to Ableton Live via an Arduino board and Max/MSP.

  • hey nice stuff u got there......im doing obstacle detection for an AGv and im using the ping ultrasonic sensor.....how do u calibrate it to get a desired distance at which the sensor detects an object

  • Yo! This is basically a preassembled board with the sensor on it, so I didn't calibrate it at all. :( I was just helping out a friend when I made this video, who needed a hand getting this board and sensor working, so I didn't really have time to get into the nitty gritty of it.
