You're probably wondering what's the point of uploading this tutorial since Summer is pretty much over. Well, to that I say, who cares?! =D
To me, this look is the epitome of Summer: bright eyes, bright cheeks, and bright lips without being too much! One of my go-to looks because it is super easy to do no matter what your skill level may be.
This also happens to be the makeup I was wearing in the "My Favourite Foundations" video.
