@MandyLionWWIII LOL, this is the most retarded thing I've ever heard. That's like saying a $100,000 car is cheap because there are $10M cars out there. What makes a watch, or anything for that matter, "cheap" is not its comparison to the ceiling of prices on that type of product. It's related to the amount of disposable income of the population of people who would consider buying it and their willingness to part with that income for the perceived value the product provides.

That is because a 500 dollar mechanical watch IS cheap. Wearing a 500 dollar watch is like driving a 500 dollar car. Common sense tells you that a 500,000 dollar car rides differently than a car that cost as much as a 4 people dinner at a good restaurant. People who think a 500 dollar watch is "expensive" don't even understand what makes a great watch what it is. You can get a decent mechanical watch for about 10,000 USD and up... And by up I mean wayyyy up.
