maybe the "seconds" feeding technique didn't work as well since they had to store energy upon two separate times? and also maybe vitemen covering the larger fuzzies in team "thanks giving" would premote more health ?

Glad to hear you're ditching cypress mulch! I'd rather see old growth cypress forests stay standing in the southern U.S., not covering the bottom of my cages ;)
