The idea to make this video came to me when I was listening to the featured song: "Mathias Replaces Judas". The first time I heard it, it hit me over the head like a bag of bricks, it was that powerful. I hope the song in combination with the video will have an impact on you as well.
I didn't really have a set idea on what direction I wanted to take with this video; I just started cutting up the video. I'm not really sure how to explain this video. I guess it illustrates us humans and the sin in ours lives. Though the pain of carrying these sins can be great, (Judas killed himself because of it) the video shows that Jesus can lift our burdens from us.
It exemplifies the great amount of love Jesus has for us by Him enduring all the pain, torture, and (temporary) death that was unjustly given to him. We all know what happens at the end though. :)

words can't express how i feel right now. Jesus is amazing, God is merciful, He is love.
I've always loved this song and it hit me hard when i heard it the first time. but it wasn't until now, that Jesus hit me even harder. I don't even know how i feel right now. I love You God, I love You Jesus, I love You Holy Spirit.

This is absolutely astonishing. Brilliant, and we can all gather here, its like a push of strength, for anyone. I'm glad there is a large group of believers somewhere, seems like with life we lose sight of the big picture, but here it is. In rock music, its, epic.

@sonofemeth This song is about Man's dependence on God's grace, not about blaming judas, just listen to the symbolisms, "i lay in this field by Judas' bowels and anticipate the plow "Judas killed himself in the field of blood and his body stayed there. This line says "I've betrayed Christ, I am now awaiting judgement (the plow) like Judas. This song saying I'm nothing special, yet you died for me. How exactly is something as poor and weak as my heart good enough reason for your death?
