Sounds more like The Sex Pistols than The Damned. I blame the drummer here; the guitars and bass have appropriate drive. So, the original's better.

They had the original band, Duff had joined the band and made a tour to Seattle which the others didn't want, and they left. Then they took Adler and Slash as replancement. They had no record company yet, they got it about the time they released Suicide.
