how did you make the curve of the wing?

Hello, The wing is really simple to make.I used a homemade hot wire bow.The wing is just some old foam .You can search you tube for hot wire cutter and find a few how too videos, Its easier then you would think.I used a guitar string pulled tight between a wooden bow.Just like a hunting bow then connect the + cable and the - cable of a 12volt battery charger to each end of the string,Glue wood template of the wing shape to each end of foam,Turn on charger & follow along templates with hot string
