  • There is a great book called “REO BOOM” that has step by step procedures on the entire REO process. Once you become a Real Estate agent take the next step and become a REO listing agent. The money is in REO’s and statistics shows that they will be here until 2017. I hope you find this book helpful like I did. Best of luck in 2012!!!!

  • Proudtosuck USMCocks, I'm still here motherfucker.

  • Great information! Thank you for helping educate people. Here's another resource to consider. FederalHomeLoanMods(dot)com

  • So less than half of a percent of homeowners are at risk of losing their homes.

I'd say it is their fault for taking out loans they could not afford.

Why should responsible people who pay their mortgage and their income taxes and who don't spend beyond their means be forced by the government to help irresponsible people?

Setting up a voluntary charity to help people in foreclosure is a good thing, but forcing people to pay is just theft.

More people will try to figure out how to get some.

  • Why should someone pay their 600k mortgage, even if they could afford to, when their house is now only worth 300k? Its not just subprime borrowers that are walking away, its everybody who bought a house that has gone down in value.

  • information is very comphensive and useful!! I will share this with my neighbours.. thank a lot

  • I engaged them a month ago, and indeed they are very professinal in dealing with my lender... in the end, they are able to stop foreclosure of my house... they are really good!!

  • I am jobless now, are you still able to help me to negotiate with my lender?

  • What are the documentation I need to bring along to seek your advice?

  • Thanks for sharing the information!
