@numlash Sorry, but I'm pretty sure it's UB40. Musical Youth did the signature tune to "Jim'll Fix It".

we all got put into a room to watch a wheeled in television in primary school and await the countdown for this.....I dont know why but this song always scared the hell out of me!!! my old primary school is my polling station and I haven't been since I was 19 because I have to vote in the 'you and me' room!! arrrgh.

Never knew UB40 did the tune! I remember the animation had a group of people walking in a line in the distance...t'was drawn like pencil style.
