It is so hard to decide!!! It is either this one or the YDP 223. I know this one has wooden keys and I LOVE THAT, but what can you tell me about the sound quality of both??? Which one should I get?

Thanks for your interest in Kraft Music. I think that the CE200 has a few advantages over the YDP223. First and foremost, as you mentioned the wood key action on the CE200 is fantastic. I also think the construction quality on the CE200 cabinet is a little nicer. As far as sound quality, these units are pretty close, but the CE200 does have some additional features such as drum tracks. Feel free to call with more questions.

@belenhan Id say sound wise the 2 are pretty close. The only thing I ever thought hearing both is that the kawai is warmer. Like a homely feel to the tune that blends the sound.

I am going to get one of these. In school we played on a baby grand Kawai. I have been in love with their sound ever since. Now I just need to get some money ;).

Sympathetic harmonics? If I open dampers and play keys, do the other strings hum? Or does that not happen?

Think like if you bang keys on a piano while holding the sustain pedal down, and the whole piano starts humming as every key vibrates.
