Triangular UFO Over Seattle 9-18-09 Part 1

I spotted this while walking my dog. Apologies about the quality. It was hard to focus on it. Also there was a low pitched hum which you could feel more than hear which the camera did not pick up along with the high pitched whine you can hear on the video.

And at about 0:22 you can see what may be an Air Force or Navy plane off in the distance.

This is Definitely CG of some type. The Frame rate for the "object" is much higher than the frame rate for everything else. As the camera wiggles, you can see the motion of everything except the UFO is pretty jagged, while the UFO's motion is quite smooth. This highly suggests an image composite or CG insertion. Also, there is an obvious light tail from the "military jet" that the "UFO" doesn't have, which doesn't make any sense if they were shot by the same camera.
