What is marks British record cast and with what weight/line?

@Skillzzz9 you would be able to cast a lot further with a 12 or 13 foot rod,the arc the tip of a longer rod 'describes' would add a lot of distance to your cast...

Nice video. Recently went to France for a week at Etang De Villaine. Was there for 5 nights and caght 24 fish and they were all over 20lb, eleven of them were over 30lb. Have you ever used Berkley fire line . i have just bought some 20lb test for sea spinning. They said it is the same diameter as 6lb mono. But its kind of stiff and seems quite thick

Hi there
The rods in the film are from 12ft to 13 ft.
10ft will be too short for best casting distance. A lot depends on your height and build, if you can compress a 13 ft rod go for it! Personally I'm 5ft 10 so a 12 ft rod suits me best.
