@FutureFirefighter32 i think its just cuz its more unstable than being on a flat surface
-
@vvMAVERICKvv your gf seems to like firefighters lol
-
@solofly2sfc Because when going on calls we don't respond to barbells and dumbbells. So the better to the human body, the better it is. Unless you REALLY wanna be a homo about it.

@FutureFirefighter32 It's probably being used to keep their heart rates up, while still giving them a small break. I've seen it used in different circuit workouts.

I like the variety and functional applications of this workout. The only thing I would stress is that isn't for anyone to just pick up and start doing. It's an advanced workout. Add beginners to the mix and I see people getting dropped everywhere. Now that I mention it...that sounds hilarious :)

This also uses different muscles that weights dont get to...
Its all done for a reason my friend.
We'll see what happens next time when its
your house that's on fire, and you're trapped inside.

to be able to move and lift an unstable off balanced body.... you should use a real person to lift. Just like wrestling, but they are lifting a body that doesnt want to be lifted up. haha.
