Here in the midwest of the USA the only 'off broadcasts' were from south of the border, with ginormous amounts of wattage so that they could play a different type of music to the States. Of course we all know where Wolfman Jack got his start...LOL
To have known of the nautical adventures of the Minnow, errr, Caroline....

the Dutch gouverment should be standing trail for the raid in 89 just as for Indonesia where they stripped the country for more than 400 years by the way they are the biggest drugs dealers in the world and yet they cant leave the pirates alone Caroline and Mi amigo where just playing music/

The signature tune always gets me. I'm 11 years old again, white shorts, white running shoes and a pony tail. Fab days. Totally! Thank you, U Tube, for preserving a priceless time piece. (my daughter's name is Caroline. )

Ahh, spectrum, that was the beginning of the end of the at sea broadcasts. dont see the point of satellite, Im an old romantic, get the ross back out!!

I was a dj on this ship in 1990, could have even been there, i painted the 3 stripes on the funnel and the dove. Those were the days!! Rico
