As the physician who performs this procedure, there are many way I approach the injection site. Using "the old school" method is preferable when you have to go lateral or deep. When I use the intraoral approach, it is for minimal correction. I customize injection techniques for each patient.

Since it is fat that is injected, it should last as long as your own fat that is in your face. It could be semipermanent. Everyone is different.

Not painful at all. She has a dental block so she doesnt feel a thing. If anyone gets something like this, make sure to ask for a dental block.
