Continuing our Meditation / Journey along the South West Coast Path, Cornwall U.K., we start our walk at the car park near Wiggle and head along the path through the chalets at Frethy to arrive at Sharrow Point and beach, managed by the National Trust. A short walk along Sharrow Cliff brings us to to Tregantle and it's Victorian Palmerston folly - 'Tregantle Fort'.

The coast path then continues 2.5 miles along the road, before we continue our walk at Finnygook beach to Portwrinkle, the starting place for Meditation number 6, soon to be uploaded.
