Is this real or just a dream?
Dr. Edgemar (Roy Brocksmith) and Laurie (Sharon Stone) try to convince Quaid (Arnold Schwarzenegger) that he is not actually on Mars, but rather in an induced dream-state back on earth. Quaid suspects they are trying to trick him and follows his instincts-- with explosive consequences.

@bbasher79 You fail to realize that if he was in a dream at this point when the doctor offered him the pill, then the doctor would not be sweating like a nigger on a rape charge - he notcies the sweat on the docs head shoots him and then the jake comes!
