The season begins where the second season left off: three of the crash survivors are held in captivity by the mysterious Others. More backstory on the Others, as well as the Dharma Initiative, is revealed. The survivors face continuous threats from their enemies, and also from their friends. The survivors attempt to make contact with a freighter which they believe is there to rescue them.

Juliet was my favourite character,i never knew what she was up to...and i was shattered when they killed her,the couple she formed with Sawyer was the unexpected and apparently unfit,but also had the strongest impact on me...they were by far my favourites!!!!

Even though Desmond's intro is my favorite, this was a kickass intro.

I never thought that after watching this intro in season 3 that this character would actually end up as one of my all-time favourite Lost character.. actually not just on Lost but on TV general. Thank you Lost for introducing Juliet to us :)
