Oh thank God. I watched this video forever ago and never favorited it and spent two hours trying to remember what the film was called or who was in it. I finally remembered that someone said Godard adored it so I searched through his Cahiers best-of lists and looked up the names of every American production that might conceivably be a musical.
very reminiscent of gene kelly!! (or maybe gene kelly is reminiscent of this? not sure who came first, or if they were just... contemporaries...) great video. :)

Gene Kelly primarily is known for his work in the 1940s, 1950s. "Singing in the Rain" and "An American In Paris"
It was worth it.
Once again, I am amazed by the talent.
