Tino Rieger: Regulating Alternative Gaming

On April 30, 2008, Constantin "Tino" Reiger, Executive Director of the Oklahoma Horse Racing Commission, spoke to the RTIP class Advanced Racing Law and Enforcement about regulating alternative gaming - the differences and similarities in racing regulations as opposed to gaming regulations.

The Race Track Industry Program (RTIP) at the University of Arizona is the only program of its kind. We offer two paths based on student interest. The Business Path prepares students for employment in the areas of race track management, regulation and pari-mutuel racing organizations.
