  • where can i get thermite

  • @bottlecapman213 -I got mine on Ebay.

  • That's awesome! Do you think the lack of damage to the coconut shell has to do with the shape of it possibly?

  • @Tigerpawzs -there's no doubt that the molten iron runs out quickly, probably due to its funnel shape. I also noticed previously that coconut shells hold together quite well even after they are burnt, which is why I thought I would try one with some thermite.

  • Sad that you spoiled the video by some sloppy music.

  • Thermite is granular aluminum metal and powdered iron oxide it is pitted against a coconut so it basicly nature agaist nature. Who wins?.......nature... yyaaaaeeeee.

  • Wow. I'm surprised the coconut shell held together!

I've got about enough Al to make that much thermite. (filings from an aluminium boomerang) I just need to find a good source of Fe²O³.

  • wasnt enhanced thermite used to destroy and cause the twin towers to free fall down to the ground. i dont know. just some conspiracy theory. look it up before you talk smack

  • Let me guess, you've had a pyromania fascination with Smoky Bear since grade school?
