Quick question. What type of gloves is Matt using? I used to train with Matt and loved those gloves he had and I'm looking to buy some but I can't remember the brand.

Actually, a Tan Sao can defend against a hook punch if you know how do apply it. Just look at the video, he DOES apply it correctly. What video are you looking at?? Perhaps you should spend more time training to learn how to make wing chun work for you. And also go back to grade school to work on spelling and grammer.

real good wing chun, especially the chi sao at beginning, but you really would not be able to defend against my hook, trust me, I feel wing hcun does have weakness, really, i mean be honest dont lie, if you ever been in a real fight you no some many things are aginst you. as fast jab or back fist will beat you to the block, and a hook will collapse a tansau,

Demo in the sense that we agreed to defend against wide hook, jab, cross, front kick etc.
Other than that, 100% WYSIWYG. Even got the headache to show for it.
