Jesus that is a sweet move at the begining. Are you just tap throwing it when it is aboive you head (thowing not very high at all and catching it almost immediatly)?

i am actually doing horizontal wrist rolls, but i guess you are right... when i do it really fast it looks like i am actually throwing it. i suppose it leaves my hand slightly, but the intention is to actually roll it. i think the long staff just tends to build up a lot of momentum.
