wot do u do once u've pickled it ? and can u eat it mashed 'roasted Etc,Etc...wot foods do u eat the pickle with? wots it good 4 ?

apple cider vinegar is awsome! :D i sometimes drink a glass of water with 2 tsp of apple cider vinegar it it to ward off intestinal probs.

Awesome video! Thanks for sharing! I used to have a dock leaf soup recipe. Delicious! Gotta make it one day again... Is there another way of covering the jar while the vinegar is infusing instead of using plastic?

I wish we could, but with HerbMentor site and just 1 person running the show, we do not have time. Well, at least we can share free content. I am not trying to sell you HerbMentor.
