Part 2 of 4. Officer Paul Albrecht target's Kimberguy on Motorcycle and violate his civil rights again. Everything about this stop is illegal. He readily admits he has pulled him over for open carry which is legal in Michigan. Then officer Paul Albrecht states there is a fictious rule that says your licenses states you must conceal. Jackson PD is in dire need of Michigan pistol and rifle law training. This video contains edits in order to capture multiple conversations happening at the same time. @Combatmedic80 What a load of shit. People NOT seeing firearms regularly is what hurts the cause. The sheeple need reconditioned to understand that open carry is a RIGHT, not a PRIVILEGE. A reasonable person shouldn't get scared because they see a gun on someone's hip. That's unreasonable and just plain retarded. How many more excuses can you make up for stifling people's rights?

Never give up your right to remain silent...no kidding...it is the single most important right you have in circumstances like the one in this video.

Keep quiet, you have that right.

Make them work for their money.

Do what you can to keep it from escalating...which usually only means being polite, showing them whatever paperwork you are legally responsible for having and then keeping quiet.

If you are legal you will drive away and they will go get a donut.
