For those of you who are unaware, this dude is just joking. His real name is Nathan Barnatt. He has several series of online comedy videos where he portrays various characters he has made up. Here, he is portraying a character named Keith Apicary. A lot of Nathan’s humor stems from him interacting with people who are unaware he is in character. It is just supposed to be for fun; don’t take it too seriously. This guy is hilarious, and he is actually very nice in real life.
