Max Mosley Is An Ass

This week, F1Podcast had a video removed from Youtube. It is the second time this has happened. The offending video was "Max Mosley Wins FIA Vote" and it was posted June 2008, had 8,500 views and 35 of your excellent comments. All gone...

Our crime? According to the email we received it was music copyright violation because the video had 50 seconds of audio from a Guns n' Roses song "Civil War".

Okay... so it was the MUSIC, not the subject matter .... hmmm .... yeah right ....

By some massive coincidence, the other video Youtube previously removed also had the subject matter of Max Mosley. Oh and doing a Youtube search of the offending Gunners song results in hundreds and hundreds of (copyrighted) hits.

Double standard? You bet ya.

So since its the MUSIC thats the problem, we have reloaded the video with some nice German folk music instead. Is that better?? Oh and we've changed the title of the video to better reflect our feelings towards you.
