@dorkestranerd You get 100 mile range with this, and if you use your onboard charge monitoring, and remember to charge your car overnight, you will not run out of charge. BUT, now that gas is nearing $5 a gallon, more and more people are being stranded on the freeway, and going broke trying to pay for petrol! Use the wonderful mind that God gave you- The ELECTRIC CAR is a no brainer! PLUS, less oil will be burned, and less dependence on foreign oil, less need for oil, no more oil spills, etc.

chevy volt is a real piece of shit...they should have harnessed the power of thunderstorms to fuel that piece of shit...because the 230 mpg in the volt is very misleading...

All Electric or Fuck off in my opinion. Electricity is way more efficient than petrol/gasoline. And you can make your own electricity with solar or wind. You can't make your own gasoline.
