i tried record 2001dc 3 time they wont go off !!!
-
They didn't mount the 2001-SRN in and underneath the water tower like they had the Thunderbolt. Instead, they put it on a pole near the water tower.
-
There used to be a Thunderbolt mounted on a water tower not too far from where I live. The city replaced it several years back with a 2001-SRN.
-
Say Evan: did you call the EMA office to let them know about this problem.
-
@EvanToTheFutureDude Because they have just re-painted the water towr and Model 5 they might have dis-connected them so they didnt go off while they were being painted. they might have forgotten to re-connect them
-
sorry but FS's 2001s are like hookers - they need to be on a pole. I hate how she is mounted here:(

It seems to also be common to find STH/STL-10s on water towers as well.
That stinks Why won't they go off

I have no idea. They said it would go of that day. Probably the cold weather. Different cities/counties have different restrictions on the weather and temperature for the sirens to be set off.

Pretty uncommon to find 2001s on water towers!

Yep. Pretty rare. I did see a 2001-DC today on a antenna tower. Model 5/7's seem to be the most common sirens on watertowers.
