2/2 Maharishi Mahesh Yogi Addresses Skepticism, Washington D.C. 1993

http://www.tm.org Maharishi Mahesh Yogi is asked why there is so much skepticism about the programs of Yogic Flying and Transcendental Meditation http://www.tm.org considering there have been more than 40 studies about groups of Flyers and over 400 studies on Transcendental Meditation.

Maharishi: That is our surprise also. The people are suffering and the doctor is there, how can the doctor be asked why don't people invite you to eliminate their suffering. Only the people could be asked "why are you suffering when you have a chance to not suffer.

Maharishi Mahesh Yogi began teaching Transcendental Meditation to the world in 1957 and later brought out the TM-Sidhi's including Yogic Flying to help create world peace. Many people have been skeptical about the programs while science has continually been verifying the efficacy of these programs.

Maharishi says skepticism wont deter him from telling the people that they no longer have to suffer.

There is always great bliss in hearing Maharishi. You talk, but those who are listening are not HEARING what you're saying. There is SO MUCH more to life than what most people know and experience. He did answer the question. The "Wishi-wishi-washi-washi", would be an "intelligent answer". I know its funny right?=D

The Maharishi is telling wishi-wishi-washi-washi, but does not answer the question of the journalist.

Maharishi actually has a degree in physics. But your right. He's not really talking in a scientific context because the question itself suggested that no one is accepting the scientific research. So he gave an answer which highlighted the reasons why the research should be taken seriously.

Yes, the doctor is there! This project in Washington proved easy way to eliminate suffering, crime and other negativity. And it was great to participate in this course. Thanks to the founder and oganizers!
