Burma flick knives

This is the market in Tachileik in Burma across from the town of Mae Sai in Thailand all the stuff is smuggled in from China very cheap and surprisingly very good quailty.
Would give trading standards officers in the UK nightmares to see all the brand name rip offs.

Yes I am but live in Thailand these are not illegal here well as far as I know they are not. Thery sell Samurai swords and machetes from roadside stalls here. I ended up buying 5 knives 100 Thai baht each £1 = 56 Thai baht.

Lovely stuff, we love our knives. In a way I hate that the Uk is so strict but it's still pretty cool that in this modern age we have to smuggle stuff in the old ways and have weapons kept at safe houses, I kind of like it the way it is.

Getting hold of stuff years ago was a big deal and I would hate to see everything become just too easy as every little mug would have them.
