  • Is it possible for you to write a score for your version? I love the extra things you added to your performance :)

  • @goopro45 Thanks for the good words. I can't write a score for 2 reasons:

    1) I don't have the rights to do so.

    2) It often changes in an improvisatory manner.

However, if you come to my piano camp, I'll teach you how to add embellishments in the improvisatory manner.

    Best,

    Rami

  • @barniv I live in Canada, where is your piano camp?

    Thanks in advance

  • @goopro45

Not far from Canada... depending on where you are in Canada...

Camp is in Utica (upstate) NY.

  • I'm Japanese.

mironga del angel saw the play.

    Your performance was wonderful.

    beautiful!

I purchased the piano score in stores in Japan, did you play with different piano score. Tonos's notation was ANGEL FOR PIANO.

I need a score for your performance and the same arrangements, please tell me what the score for publishers?

The same notation is what you can buy in Japan.

I am happy and hopefully get in his score for Japan.

  • Thank you for your comment.

I know of only one piano arrangement, so I imagine you have the score that everyone has.

I take some liberties, make repeats, add ornaments, etc. There is no score written for my version.

    Best,

    Rami

  • Bravo. I have heard you play this in person and even though the sound on this video is a bit poor, the quality of your playing comes through clearly. So beautiful! Posting more Piazzolla soon? Por favor?

  • beautiful. I hope to learn this over the summer. This video does nothing but inspire me.

  • superb, maestro! Bravo!

  • A really wonderful and thoughtful performance. I like the way you doubled the length of the piece by breaking it into two halves and repeating each, with your own ornamentation on each repeat. Especially effective is your playing the syncopations in the countermelodies. I think the way you accent the second of each pair of notes in measure 12 (in my score); it provides real impetus to the rising line. The octave doubling in the C minor section the second time through worked very well. Bravo!

  • beautiful!
