I watch these vids all the time simply because im a masochist and tell myself i want every single one of these basses. But i feel like you really are not showcasing a bass if you just play random notes on it. Make the basses groove. Nothing against you the player but If its a p bass maybe play a lil rock n roll, a musicman maybe play some sly & the family stone. Just playing a series of notes on it doesnt show me its potential im sure not only to me but to everyone else who watches these videos.
