How To Make Pictures Look Funky

**PLEASE READ**

This is how I edited pitctures to make them look a little different.

If you can't follow what's going on in the video then read these instructions. I am using Adobe Photoshop 4.0, i don't know if any other programs do the same thing so don't ask!

Step 1: Open up Adobe Photoshop and click start from scratch.

Step 2: Click cancel when the box comes up asking for the dimensions.

Step 3: Open the internet and find the image you want to edit.

Step 4: Copy the image before going back to photoshop. Click new (File + New).

Step 5: The dimensions shold already be put in so just click ok when the little box come up again.

Step 6: Paste the image into photoshop (edit + paste).

Step 7: Click Filter, Stylize then Glowing Edges.

Step 8: Click ok when the image changes.

Step 9: Save the new image (File + Save As) and save the image as a JPEG.

Step 10: When the next little box appears, click ok.

Step 11: Close Adobe Photoshop. When it asks "Save Changes To Untitled?" click No.
