Here's a quick video of the Armortek 1/6th scale Panther Tank in action, before completing the model we carried out some initial tests on the torsion bar suspension. As you can see the weight benefit of the "all metal" construction gives the tank a very realistic ride.

  • Thanks for showing this clip i very much enjoyed watching it,& ide very much like to have what youth got,I hope to be getting a Tamiya 1 16 tiger 1 tank.my i ask what price did your 1/6 Scale panther Tank come to ?& how long did it take to make ? thanks very much.

  • @MrMichaelpaul45 It took around 12 weeks and £3500 to get the model up to this stage. The good thing about these models and their impressive scale is you can actually feel the ground rumble as they go by.

  • F*cking crazy, I envy you.

  • This is the best sounding model tank I have ever heard, can you tell me what sound system are you using? Is this Benedini, or some other?

  • hi,thanks very much for letting me no this wow that's a lot of money, but what you get is money well worth spent, ide love to have a panther 1/6th tank but for now £3,500 is a lot of money for me to get together. £1,000 or a bit less i feel is all i could go up to,i very much like your panther RC tank but for me ile settle for either the Tamiya 1/16th tiger 1 or the Tamiya 1/16th king tiger RC tank.if you have any moor footage of your panther ide love to see/watch it much appreciated thanks.

  • That looks and sounds amaizing. I hear they are pretty complex to build, especially wiring up the electronics! I have a Tamiya 1 16 King Tiger. I have spent quite abit on it trying to improve the scale reality of it, but at the end of the day 1 16 is never going to move realistically on the ground no matter what you do.

  • Sounds are so awesome! Wish my KT could sound like it!

    Thanks for sharing.

  • wow
