-
haha thats not the cheapest i paid 70 for biexnon/h4/ 35w

That's really expensive for a generic ballast. I suggest getting a kit from DDM tuning for about half the price.

For 10 bucks more you could have gotten a slim ballast kit with any kelvin rating from HIDGuy.net. its a lifetime warranty that will never get voided. i know i am a valued customer from them.. ive had the kit for 2 years now and not once has my ballast gone bad but a bulb has and i have been warrantied and reassured that if anything happens to the bulbs again i will have a full LIFETIME warranty

@danwat1234 what is ddm? did you mean where did I buy it from?
-
@bendix109 where, ddm? I'd pay $63 after shipping for my 55 watt set..

> $110 is expensive that's not cheap
In June 2008 the price of $110.00 with delivery (Australian) was considered cheap.

@djmaunder $110 is expensive that's not cheap, I paid $44.99 shipped for 55watt HID kit and the seller is in USA , not in China.

So are the ddm tuning kits, they just allow you to replace them every time they fail leavbing you with no headlights while your kit is in the mail. Id rather pay more for a kit that wont fail. Most warrantees liek that limit you to one replacement kit then they are void anyways.
boy 110 delivered is alot for those i can get them for 39 with any kelvin choice

Do not turn hids on and off really quickly you will shorten bulbs life.

This was a durability test, so the entire point was to flick the lights on and off as many times and as quickly as possible to see how well a cheap kit could stand up to the torture.
