@countcockcula Pray to the Arch Angel Michael to intercede and Protect you or read psalms 91 THRICE. It works temporarily. During the day or two of reprieve you should learn from vids on you tube to Clean your energy field, and then to raise your vibration. That literally raises you up and puts you out of reach of malicious beings. Chances are however you will one day feel depressed or low again. I suggest finding a way to manage the source of the beings access to you. Your negative feelings.

Just one comment/review: If you were to repeat (in your mind) each phrase, that will allow the viewers just enough time to repeat after you and not feel rushed through the prayer.
