@PapaBearGolf ... Of course, the sun has an effect. Of course, we've had cooling periods and warming periods throughout history. The concern is not simply over the fact that the planet is warming, but the RATE at which it's warming...which is faster than at any time in history. Regarding a cooling period beginning during World War II, where are you getting that information? Link, please.

@emantabrizi Did you actually pay attention to what I said. I didn't say that humans have no effect on the planet. But is it also so hard to believe that the sun and other things besides humans have an effect also. What gives this planet warmth in the 1st place? Why did, according to our science, we have ice ages in the past without humans burning fossil fuels? Can you really give me a good explination why the earth started cooling for a 30 year period at the beginning of WWII? I doubt it.
