Why don't you make more? This has so much potential! I got inspired and have tried this one and crickets fried with a caramel marinade. Going to Thailand this summer for some more ideas :)

You should try them just deep fried and sprinkle a little salt on them. You can eat them just like that or with a dipping sauce made of fish sauce mixed with sugar and msg. Its really good.

I breed waxworms, usually for my leopard gecko. When I saw this though, I now have a meal once and a while to add into a sandwich or pasta. Tastes delicious!

I had some with my eggs. These are perfect with any omelette, and would probably be pretty good on chocolate truffles.
