Abrams to third generation tanks because its a 4th generation tank and it fought its major engagements 20 years ago the real question would be how would third generations tank bataillon figure against the U.S army there is more then M1 abrams in the Irak war there was Air sujperiority A 10 warhog , Ah 64 Apaches tank killers head to head Tank battle ww2 style who know what could happen it boil down to how much tanks you can produce at the end anyway

Really? You should know that Russian high-class steel is exported to 40 countries world-wide including USA and several EU countries. Couple of years ago US has increased taxes for importing foreign steel in order to support local steel producers and even then US companies buy Russian steel. Russian metallurgy is among the best in the World.
