My ES just points at the laser after the first initial chase. It's not too entertaining - like yours.

My English setter goes crazy when she sees lights too. She just stands there and shakes. She's pretty obsessive too.

My E. Setter got really hooked on these things. Everytime she was a little stressed out, she began looking for lights to chase. It got to be a problem. I threw the laser away finally. She's not dumb at all - has lots of titles in obedience, agility and field work - just obsessive. My English pointer couldn't care less.

Looks just like my setter, Dusty. And she is dumb. Dumb as a rock, but I love her.

mne does the same thing. then she gets frustrated and spin in circles and bites whatever is in her path.

LOL, if you think your dog is dumb, he's not! Take a look at his owner/trainer, (YOU), thats who's dumb! He's got you right where he wants you.....
