it's a heavily influenced and beautiful jpop folk song and probably my favorite song from this awesome artist.

edit: this is one of the few songs i actually know what it's about since she gave a brief description of it beforehand.

when she was younger she was envious of her older sister and they used to fight alot.
their mother told kokia(or akiko) that she was the sun and her sister was the moon. you can compare the two but both are beautiful in their own way.

There were two daughters. Three years were they apart. The mother resembled the two different personalities.

One daughter is the Moon with a strong spine. One is the Sun which smile softy.

The Sky is the mothers one dear heart. The Sun and the Moon are envious of each others different appearance. The Sun being uneasy of the beautiful Moons contour; the Moon turned silent by the warm ray of the Sun.
