MATARIKI HIGHLIGHTS

This is a taste tester of a two-part show celebrating Matariki (Maori New Year)! We celebrated Matariki by hosting a huge concert and hangi for 700 people. The concert included artists such as Dave Dobbyn, Nesian Mystik and the up and coming Maisey Rika plus you will get to see exclusive behind the scene's footage of NZ's first gourmet Hangi! The recipe was designed by our very own Peter Gordon and has delictable meat filled with herbs and spices. But the big question is will the hangi satisfy? Are people ready for a gourmet hangi? Coming your way soon on Maori Television.
